Are these packages available for purchase online?
Our Account Management Team spend quality time with our certificate partners to ensure their incentive package(s) are reaching an audience of local employees. To maintain that promise we only make the packages available face-to-face through our corporate employee network. To see if your company or organization would qualify for an employee event please contact sarah@socalapevents.com

Do I need to purchase more than one package for my entire family to benefit?
It depends. Each package has various rules of use and terms and conditions. For example our Catalina Island Package can be used for up to 14 people but our salon/spa deals can only be used by one person per certificate. Each deal has a full list of terms and conditions to review. If you have any further questions please email the Event Coordinator prior to your event or see them on the day.

Who to call if you have an issue with any of the certificates?
We back all of our certificates with a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not happy with any of the certificates, we will refund any unused certificate within 30 days of purchase. Simply call 866.521.4714 and our Customer Satisfaction Team for details. Please have the entire certificate and your proof of purchase available when calling.
If you do not require a refund and simply want to discuss any item with your local team please contact the event coordinator via phone or email for immediate response. Our team of Account Managers and Event Coordinators love to give feedback to our certificate partners.

Are the certificates available at any time for purchase?
Unfortunately, No. Certificates are only available for purchase on the day(s) of your event. You can pre-order your certificates at any time leading up to your event once it’s been announced but the deals are not available after the day of the event.
